Oakley Jane Inventory Services was founded in May 1996. Our team of 45+ inventory clerks have over 80 years combined industry experience.
We provide a professional, friendly and helpful service both for landlords and tenants. As executive members of the AIIC we benefit from full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

We pride ourselves on our standards of service and accuracy, and are proud to work with many of the premier letting agents in our region.
At the heart of our service is the inventory itself, which is drawn up to be fully compliant with the requirements of the My Deposits scheme and in accordance with ARLA guidelines.
Oakley Jane successfully passed the accredited APIP (Association of professional inventory providers) exam and have now become members of this governing body.
This shows the high level of diligence, knowledge, experience and standards offered by an independent inventory company provider and as such their logos now appear on all our documents.
