We are Oakley Jane Ltd, an independent inventory company providing services to Agents, Landlords & tenants. We provide inventory compilations, check in & check out services, property inspections and also products to assist with the workings of the lettings business.


How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information from you when you either contact us through our website, email us or call us by telephone.


What type of information is collected from you?

At the time of a check out or check in appointment we will ask for a forwarding address, email and telephone number.

How is your information used?

The information is only ever passed onto either a letting agent or Landlord to enable the release of the deposit or allowing contact to go through the checkout report dilapidations if any, or the check in inventory content.

If you have agreed to opt inby ticking the box on the relevant declaration we may use your information to

All of your personal information is stored on an Oakley Jane portal which only allows access by password for agents & Oakley Jane staff members.

All paperwork with personal details if any used are shredded or disposed of appropriately.

All information is stored in the Pulsant 2 data centre in Maidenhead UK and never transferred outside of Europe.
